It features a finely appointed walnut Monte Carlo stock with skip-line checkering and distinctive Golden Eagle accents, and comes outfitted with a mounted Redfield 3-9x scope.

    What’s Included

    • Redfield 3-9x variable scope with simple crosshair reticle (installed)
    • Two-piece scope bases with rings (installed)

The Golden Eagle 7000 action uses a rear-locking, multi-lug bolt with a short lift (commonly cited around 60°) for easy scope clearance. The bolt body is jeweled, and the trigger is gold-tone, reflecting the model’s premium presentation. Feeding is from an internal box magazine with a 3-round capacity in .338 Win. Mag.

The rifle wears a high-polish blued finish over steel and a 26" barrel suited to the cartridge. The receiver is drilled and tapped and has no iron sights. The top of the receiver bridge carries gold-filled Golden Eagle script that complements the model’s themed details.

The walnut stock features a Monte Carlo comb with cheekpiece, skip-line checkering, a contrasting forend tip, and a grip cap with a gold eagle medallion. Two stock cross-bolts reinforce the inletting, while a ventilated recoil pad and sling swivel studs add practical field utility. Length of pull is 13.5.

Manufacture is marked as Made in Japan by Nikko, with import/marketing by Golden Eagle Firearms, Houston, Texas. The receiver bears period-appropriate markings, and the patent marking corresponds to the era’s trigger mechanism design. This example includes a mounted Redfield 3-9x scope in two-piece bases, ready for range or field use.
