Designed around Johnson’s balanced-bolt blowback system, this semi-automatic rifle features top ejection and takedown construction for transport and maintenance. Matching serial numbers on the receiver and trigger guard were observed.
The rifle wears a 20-inch steel barrel and a blued steel receiver. Sighting is handled by a barrel-mounted open rear sight with elevator and a small blade front sight.
Classic Winchester styling includes a straight-grip walnut stock with a smooth walnut fore-end. The length of pull measures 13.0 inches, offering a traditional fit and feel.
