The SAINT’s mid-length gas system with a pinned A2 front sight base delivers smooth operation and durability. The front sight base includes a bayonet lug and sling swivel, and the rifle ships with a flip-up rear aperture sight for a complete iron sight picture.
Its 16 in chrome-moly-vanadium barrel is Melonite (QPQ) treated and capped with an A2 flash suppressor. A 1:8 twist supports a broad range of 5.56/.223 bullet weights, and the threaded muzzle provides standard compatibility with muzzle devices.
Receivers are forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish and the Accu-Tite receiver tension system. A T-marked Picatinny top rail and STANAG magazine interface round out the upper’s practical features.
The M16-pattern BCG features a Carpenter 158 bolt that is shot-peened and MPI inspected, paired with an H heavy buffer. The single-stage, GI-pattern trigger uses nickel-boron treated components. Furniture includes a two-piece polymer M-LOK mid-length handguard, a textured polymer pistol grip, and a 6-position collapsible stock with QD sling socket and chevron-textured buttpad.
