The P250's modular system centers on a serialized fire control unit that allows caliber and size changes. This example arrives in Compact configuration with a factory barrel around 3.86 in (approx. 3.9 in) and an overall length of about 7.20 in, giving it a balanced footprint for carry or duty roles within the P250 family.
The pistol uses a double-action-only, hammer-fired system with a consistent, curved DAO trigger pull (factory spec approx. 5.5–6.5 lb) and a spurless enclosed hammer. Internal safeties are built in. The slide is stainless steel with a black finish and rear cocking serrations, paired with a black glass-reinforced polymer frame.
Fixed, dovetailed sights provide a straightforward sight picture (type may vary). An integral Picatinny-type accessory rail with six slots on the dust cover supports common rail-mounted accessories. Capacity is 13+1 in .357 SIG.
