CZ 550 FS 6.5x55 Swedish Bolt-Action Rifle, 20.5 in Barrel, Mannlicher Full-Stock, Blued, Controlled-Round-Feed Mauser Action
This CZ 550 FS combines the classic full-length Mannlicher-style stock with the proven controlled-round-feed Mauser-pattern action in the sought-after 6.5x55 Swedish chambering. It features a 20.5 inch barrel, integral 19 mm receiver dovetail bases, and crisp iron sights. Made in the Czech Republic and presented in as-new condition, it includes a CZ factory 50 m test target dated 15-12-2006; no box included.
The FS (Full Stock) variant stands out with its walnut stock that runs the full length of the barrel, complemented by a Bavarian comb and cheekpiece, a steel nose cap, and cut checkering. A ventilated rubber recoil pad and swivel studs round out a configuration built for practical field use with refined styling.
At the core is a steel, blued receiver using a controlled-round-feed system with a large non-rotating claw extractor. Feeding is from an internal 5-round box magazine with a hinged floorplate and a convenient release. The barrel and receiver wear a uniform blued finish consistent with the model’s traditional presentation.
Sighting is straightforward and durable: a hooded front post paired with an adjustable open rear on a barrel island. The receiver includes integral 19 mm dovetail bases on both the front and rear bridges. The length of pull measures 14.25 inches, and the rifle carries clear origin and import markings.
