It features an RMS-c footprint under the cover plate, a green fiber-optic front sight with a serrated black rear, and a macro-length grip that runs 17- and 21-round magazines. The pistol includes a removable flared magwell, flat-faced nickel-plated trigger, and a four-slot 1913 accessory rail. Made in the USA, mfg part number 365XF-9-BFO; case label dated 25-SEP-2024.

The P365-FUSE configuration pairs a DLC-finished 4.3-inch carbon-steel barrel with a stainless steel long slide wearing SIG's Nitron finish. Top serrations and oval relief cuts near the muzzle are present on the slide, and the barrel uses a recessed crown. The pistol presents a two-tone finish: a gray/graphite slide and magwell contrasting with a black polymer frame and controls.
The polymer frame uses SIG's LXG laser-engraved texture and comes with interchangeable backstraps for fitting the macro-length grip. A removable flared magwell is installed, and the pistol accepts both 17- and 21-round magazines. Capacity is 21+1 with the included extended magazine.
The slide includes an optic cut with a cover plate, using an RMS-c footprint underneath. Sights are iron: a green fiber-optic front and a plain black, serrated rear. A four-slot 1913 accessory rail is integrated for compatible lights or accessories.
Controls and fire control are striker-fired with a flat-faced, nickel-plated trigger and a left-side magazine release. This model has no external manual safety. Manufacturer part number is 365XF-9-BFO, and it is made in the United States; the factory case label is dated 25-SEP-2024.
