The Daniel Defense DDPCC is a recent-release 9mm AR-9 carbine built around a straight blowback system paired with a KynSHOT hydraulic buffer and 7075-T6 aluminum receivers. It is designed for CZ Scorpion-pattern double-stack magazines and features a 16 in cold hammer-forged threaded barrel, a full-length T-marked Picatinny top rail, and the DD4 13.5 M free-float M-LOK handguard. This example includes three high-capacity magazines and two M-LOK control accessories installed.

The 16 in cold hammer-forged barrel is threaded and paired with the DD4 13.5 M free-float M-LOK handguard, giving solid accessory mounting and a continuous, T-marked Picatinny rail from receiver to handguard.
Controls are purpose-built: an ambidextrous dual-latch extended charging handle, a right-side push-button magazine release, and a manual safety selector marked SAFE/SEMI. The stock is adjustable with textured cheek panels, and the listed length of pull is 11.5 in.
The carbine runs a straight blowback action with a KynSHOT hydraulic buffer for the DDPCC system. Receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum and the rifle is made in the USA.
