What's Included
- Tasco 4x32 fixed-power scope (Fully Coated Opti-Centered), duplex reticle
- Integral-dovetail scope rings installed
The M77R configuration deletes factory iron sights and uses Ruger’s integral receiver dovetails for a solid scope mount. This example includes the correct rings installed and a period-style Tasco 4x32 scope with a duplex reticle for a clean, ready-to-zero setup.
It features Ruger’s tang safety and a push-feed bolt with an external claw extractor and plunger ejector. Feeding is from an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate and an inside-guard latch, offering a 4-round capacity in a streamlined hunting rifle layout.
The 22-inch round sporter barrel and polished blue receiver are paired with a matte-black floorplate and trigger guard for a classic two-tone metal finish. The receiver is 4140 chrome-moly steel, and the barrel bears the Southport, Conn. address.
The walnut sporter stock has cut checkering, a pistol-grip profile, sling swivel studs, and the red Ruger recoil pad. With the less common 6mm Remington chambering in an M77R, this rifle offers a notable combination of configuration, chambering, and condition.
