The TRP Operator configuration pairs a 5-inch Government-length slide and stainless steel bushing barrel with a forged steel frame and slide finished in matte black. The dust cover includes an integral short 3-slot Picatinny rail for mounting a light or other rail-mounted accessory.
Factory Trijicon tritium night sights are installed, with a tritium front sight and a fully adjustable tritium rear sight, each marked H3 11. The slide carries forward and rear cocking serrations, TRP lettering at the rear, and "OPERATOR CAL .45" on the side. The barrel hood is marked "S.A. .45ACP."
Ergonomics and control features include a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, a left-side thumb safety, a skeletonized hammer, and a long 3-hole match trigger. The frame is checkered on the front strap and mainspring housing, and a flared magazine well funnel speeds reloads. Aggressive-texture gray/black G10 grip panels provide a secure hold.
