What’s Included
- Harrington & Richardson Premier Second Model .22 LR revolver
This Premier Second Model uses a DA/SA top-break action with an exposed hammer and a frame-mounted rimfire firing pin. Opening the top latch activates the star-type ejector for simultaneous extraction, a hallmark of H&R’s small-frame top-break design.
The 6-inch round barrel has a full-length top rib carrying a faint H&R Worcester, Massachusetts legend. Fixed iron sights consist of a half-moon front blade and a rear notch integral to the top latch, providing a straightforward, durable sight picture.
The Second Model’s double-post top latch reinforces the lockup, a defining configuration detail for this series. The revolver’s steel frame and cylinder are finished in blued steel, aligning with period-correct construction and finish.
Compact in profile for a 6-inch rimfire, this micro-size, seven-shot .22 LR balances a longer sight radius with the portability of H&R’s small-frame pattern. Checkered hard rubber grips with H&R target-logo medallions complete the classic pre-WWII configuration.
