The rear sight is the original tangent ladder with slide and button release, showing metric-style graduations. The action retains the separate rotating bolt head and interrupter/ejector system typical of the platform, with manual safety via the cocking piece.
The hardwood stock has a straight comb and an inletted sling slot in the butt. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches, providing a compact, straightforward shoulder fit.
