It is marked Made in USA (Gallatin, TN) on the slide and includes a 5.1 inch threaded barrel, raised tritium night sights, and an optic-ready slide with plate installed. An aftermarket aluminum magazine-well funnel is installed, and the pistol ships with three 21-round magazines and one 18-round magazine plus useful spares.

The M9A4 retains the classic 90-Series open-top slide and locking-block operating system in a full-size Vertec-style aluminum frame. The slide wears an FDE Cerakote finish, and the frame is FDE/Tan with straight-grip ergonomics and Beretta medallion panels.
Its 5.1 inch extended barrel is factory threaded 1/2x28 and includes a thread protector. Raised tritium 3-dot sights are dovetailed, with a windage-adjustable rear, to clear suppressor-height sighting needs and co-witness appropriately.
The slide features front and rear serrations and an optic-ready RDO cut with an optic plate installed. A MIL-STD-1913 three-slot accessory rail on the dust cover supports common weapon lights and accessories.
Controls include a Type G ambidextrous slide-mounted decocker-only configuration (convertible to FS-type with appropriate factory parts per spec) and an extended, reversible magazine release. Capacity is listed at 21+1 with the included 21-round magazines.
An aftermarket aluminum magazine-well funnel is installed to speed reloads. With this magwell, flush-baseplate magazines will not seat. One provided magazine with a standard, non-extended base pad will not seat or function in the pistol as configured; installing an extended baseplate is required for that magazine to work. The sale includes spare extended base pads and extra-power magazine springs to support reliable use with the magwell.
