Ruger PC9 Carbine 9mm Luger, PC Police Carbine Series (1997) − 16 in Barrel, Black Synthetic Stock, Integral Ruger Scope-Ring Bases
This is a 1997 Ruger PC9 Carbine from the original PC Police Carbine series (1996–2006), chambered in 9mm Luger with a 16-inch fixed barrel and black synthetic stock. It accepts Ruger P-Series 9mm pistol magazines and features integral Ruger scope-ring bases on the receiver. No magazine is provided. This example is currently inoperable as detailed below.
Condition
Overall Condition: Poor condition.
Bore Condition: Poor - Noticeable dirt, stains, significant corrosion or damage.
Bore Rifling: Poor Rifling - Rifling heavily worn or filled with fouling or debris.
Specific Condition Notes: The rifle is inoperable. The bolt handle was tack welded back on in a crude manner. The bolt opens about an inch and does not cock the action. There is widespread rust and pitting, along with widespread scratching and blemishing. The bore is very dark and heavily blemished.

Part of Ruger’s discontinued PC Police Carbine series, this carbine was produced in 1997 and built in the USA. It uses a straight blowback, semi-automatic action and a 16-inch fixed barrel with a barrel band. Sighting equipment includes iron sights with a protected front blade and a barrel-mounted rear sight base.
The receiver incorporates integral Ruger scope-ring bases, providing a direct mounting interface for Ruger rings. A front sling eyelet is fitted at the barrel band for carry or support.
The carbine accepts Ruger P-Series 9mm pistol magazines; however, no magazine is provided with this sale. The right-side charging handle, 13.5-inch length of pull, and black synthetic stock with molded checkering and a rubber buttpad complete the configuration. Overall finish is black, including the receiver.
By design, the PC9 can be fired without a magazine installed (single-loading possible). Note that this particular rifle is inoperable as described in the Condition section.
