The Pro Comp configuration centers on a 4.25 inch bull barrel that is both ported and compensated, crowned at the muzzle, and cut with 5R rifling for a clean, sharp bore. A 1:10 left-hand twist supports 9mm performance, while the toolless guide-rod system simplifies maintenance.
The slide is engineered with lightening cuts and top ports and uses an internal 1911-style extractor. Its matte black finish matches the frame for a uniform, duty-ready appearance.
Controls are single-action only with a flat-faced, skeletonized match trigger, ambidextrous thumb safety, and a grip safety. A standard left-side magazine release and a skeletonized commander-style hammer support fast, confident operation.
The stainless steel frame is finished in matte black and fitted with Kimber's carbon-fiber/glass Matrix polymer grip module with aggressive texturing. A flared magwell funnel aids quick reloads, and capacity is 19+1 with the included magazines.
