The Honey Badger SBR uses a 7-inch .300 AAC Blackout barrel with a pistol-length gas system and Q’s Cherry Bomb muzzle interface. With the included Silencer-B installed, the suppressor telescopes under the forward portion of the handguard and protrudes past the front of the handguard for a compact, coherent setup.
The rifle’s free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides accessory mounting along with a full-length 12 o’clock Picatinny rail. Q’s design omits the forward assist and integrates a shell deflector, keeping the profile sleek and weight low.
Controls are straightforward and purposeful: a 2-stage trigger, manual safety, standard magazine release, and a charging handle with an ambidextrous latch. The collapsible twin-rod PDW stock includes a checkered buttpad, with a listed length of pull of 12.5 inches. Sling attachment is provided by QD cups integrated into the lower receiver behind the grip and a fixed sling loop under the receiver.
This configuration is notably light at about 4.8 lb unloaded. Factory overall length is approximately 20–24.75 inches collapsed to extended when unsuppressed; with the Silencer-B installed, overall length is increased beyond that range. The two-tone metallic light bronze/gold receiver paired with a grey handguard and stock housing complements the FDE polymer flip-up sights. Factory markings include the DOVER NH rollmark, Q logo on the magwell, and "HONEY BADGER" on the upper receiver. This is a short-barreled rifle regulated under the NFA.
