The barrel measures approximately 23.25 inches, with an overall length of about 43.5 inches.
Markings are crisp and informative. The receiver ring bears the Yugoslav crest over "M48," and the left receiver wall is marked "ПРЕДУЗЕЋЕ 44" (Preduzeće 44).
