This first-generation (pre-Mod.2) Springfield Armory XD-S 3.3 in .45 ACP features a factory two-tone setup with a flat dark earth polymer frame and a matte black Melonite-treated steel slide. Built in Croatia by HS Produkt and import-marked by Springfield Armory U.S.A., it includes fixed steel sights with a red fiber-optic front, an ambidextrous magazine release, and matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. It comes complete with three magazines and original XD-S Gear accessories.

This XD-S is the original, pre-Mod.2 3.3-inch .45 ACP variant. It retains its factory two-tone configuration with an FDE polymer frame and matte black steel slide and barrel. The slide and barrel have a Melonite/nitride treatment for surface hardening and corrosion resistance.
The pistol uses a semi-automatic, striker-fired, locked-breech action. Safety features include a grip safety, an integral trigger safety blade, and a top-mounted loaded-chamber indicator. Controls are straightforward, with a bilateral/ambidextrous magazine release.
Sights are fixed steel, pairing a red fiber-optic front with a low-profile rear. The slide features rear cocking serrations, an external extractor, and the loaded-chamber indicator plate. A single-slot accessory rail is integrated into the dustcover.
Included magazines are two 5-round stainless steel units and one 7-round stainless steel magazine equipped with the XD+ extension sleeve. Wrap-style adhesive grip texturing panels are installed for added traction. Markings include "MADE IN CROATIA" and "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A.," and the pistol has matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel.
