This CZ 75 BD features the BD-specific decocker in place of a manual safety, paired with an internal firing pin block for DA/SA carry-up capability. Controls are classic CZ 75 with a curved trigger and exposed hammer, making operation familiar to CZ users who prefer decocker-only operation.
The pistol uses a short-recoil, Browning-type linkless cam locking system with the slide running inside the frame rails. The slide has rear-only vertical serrations, and the dust cover is non-railed, preserving the traditional CZ 75 profile.
Construction is all steel with a black polycoat finish on both frame and slide. Sighting is via fixed sights designed for a straightforward, consistent sight picture.
Capacity is 16+1 rounds of 9mm Luger. The included CZ 75-pattern steel magazine has witness holes marked 5/10/16. Markings include the CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS importer mark and a "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" rollmark. The serial number is repeated on the barrel hood, right slide, and right frame.
