The PA-15 features a 16-inch steel barrel capped with a multi-port muzzle brake/compensator and threaded muzzle, paired to a direct-impingement gas system with a rotating bolt. The free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard has a full-length 1913 top rail for accessory mounting, while the flat-top upper includes a forward assist and dust cover.
Controls are straightforward, with a standard magazine release and a manual safety marked SAFE/FIRE. The lower receiver is marked PA-15 with MULTI caliber, and the rifle accepts STANAG-pattern magazines. Capacity is 30+1.
