This Century Arms RAS47 is a U.S.-made, stamped AKM-pattern rifle chambered in 7.62x39. It features a 16.5 inch nitride-treated 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel with a threaded muzzle and AKM-pattern slant compensator, classic wood furniture, and a black nitride finish. The bore condition is excellent, and the rifle includes two 30-round polymer magazines.

The RAS47 uses a stamped 4140 steel receiver with smooth walls and no traditional AKM magwell dimples. It runs a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt, and wears a durable black nitride finish. A left-side optics rail is installed on the receiver.
The 16.5 inch barrel is 4150 chrome-moly steel, nitride-treated for corrosion resistance, and threaded, with an AKM-pattern slant compensator fitted. The twist rate is 1:10 LH. Capacity is 30+1, and the paddle-style magazine release supports standard AK-pattern magazine changes.
Furniture includes a fixed wood stock with sling swivel and matching wood handguards with a palm swell for a solid grasp. The pistol grip is a polymer finger-groove design.
Sights consist of a front post and a tangent rear sight. The front sight base does not have a bayonet lug, and no cleaning rod is present.
