The 92XI SAO pairs a single-action-only, hammer-fired system with Beretta’s oscillating locking-block for smooth cycling. The X-treme-S flat-faced trigger uses DLC-coated components, providing a crisp break and short reset. A skeletonized ring-style hammer complements the responsive trigger system.
Controls are practical and intuitive: an ambidextrous, frame-mounted manual safety includes a red fire indicator, and the open-top slide features front and rear vertical serrations for confident manipulation. The slide is optics-ready with a machined cut and fitted cover plate.
Ergonomics come from the Vertec-profile grip with a straight backstrap and aggressive frontstrap and backstrap texturing. Sight alignment is fast and glare-free via a dovetailed red fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear. A 3-slot Picatinny accessory rail supports common 92-series compatible lights or lasers.
