The Government-length 5" barrel uses a standard 1911 bushing system with a recessed crown, paired with a tri-top slide finished in black. Wide rear cocking serrations provide a confident grasp, and the frame is steel with a matching black finish.
Controls and the barrel present a contrasting copper/rose-gold color, giving the pistol a distinctive two-tone look against the black slide and frame. A flared magazine well funnel speeds reloads with the included 17-round stainless double-stack magazine.
The pistol is single-action only with a skeletonized, flat-faced trigger featuring lightening windows, plus a skeletonized commander-style hammer. Safety features include a single-side manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump.
Iron sights are dovetailed front and rear: a red fiber-optic front and a black, low-profile rear. The frame includes an accessory rail. Textured honeycomb-pattern grips provide consistent purchase. Markings observed include "ALPHA AMERICAN" on the slide, "AAF 9MM" on the barrel hood, and "ALPHA AMERICAN / GREEN FOREST, AR" on the underside of the dust cover.
