The P365-XMacro TACOPS delivers 17-round capacity in a micro-compact footprint, pairing the proven P365 fire-control unit with a lengthened grip module and an optic-ready slide. Introduced at SHOT Show 2023, this variant adds an extended slide-catch lever, a detachable flared magwell, and four factory 17-round magazines, giving shooters a duty-ready package that still conceals like a sub-compact.

The micro-compact XMacro grip module houses a flush-fitting 17-round magazine while retaining P365 ergonomics, aided by interchangeable backstraps that let shooters fine-tune reach to the flat-faced trigger.
The Nitron-finished slide is cut for Shield RMSc/Holosun K-pattern micro-red-dots and features forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. Tritium day/night sights give a bright green front dot and matching rear inserts for 24-hour visibility.
A 3.7" carbon-steel barrel optimizes velocity without adding bulk, and the striker-fired action retains the crisp, short reset the P365 line is known for. The extended slide-catch lever—exclusive to the TACOPS trim—offers quicker lock-back releases under stress.
The integral M1913 rail mates lights or lasers securely to the stainless-steel receiver chassis, and the modular fire-control unit architecture remains compatible with any P365 grip or slide assembly for future customization.
