The Safari Classics series was CZ’s in-house custom line, built in limited numbers for hunters who demanded controlled-round reliability in magnum calibers. This Magnum Express variant chambers the versatile .375 H&H Magnum and feeds from a 3-round hinged floorplate magazine.
A full-length claw extractor and controlled-round feed give this rifle the smooth, positive cycling that has made Mauser-pattern actions the standard for dangerous-game safeties. The two-position rocker safety is intuitive, while the adjustable single-set trigger allows a light, crisp pull when needed.
The 24-inch chrome-moly barrel is cold-hammer-forged for strength and wears a classic express sight set: a hooded ramp front bead and a three-leaf rear with one standing and two folding leaves. Integral 19 mm CZ dovetails make it easy to add optics without extra bases.
Its oil-finished walnut stock features a Monte Carlo cheek-piece, palm-swell pistol grip, wrap-around checkering, and a recoil pad. With a 14.5-inch length of pull and an overall length of about 46.5 inches, the rifle balances well at roughly 9.1 pounds—enough weight to tame magnum recoil without feeling unwieldy.
