This M&P-15 uses forged receivers with a forward assist and dust cover, finished in Type III hard-coat anodizing for durability. The upper receiver is flat-top with a Picatinny rail, giving the user direct mounting options for sights or accessories.
The 16-inch government-profile barrel is threaded 1/2-28 UNEF for common muzzle devices and features a 1:9 RH twist suitable for a wide range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington bullet weights.
A fixed ‘F’-height A2 front sight post sits over the carbine-length gas block and retains a bayonet lug and sling swivel. The two-piece ribbed polymer handguard is secured with a delta ring and accommodates rail sections if desired.
The aftermarket Hogue rubber grip provides extra texture and pronounced finger grooves, offering enhanced control compared to the standard grip. Paired with the 6-position collapsible stock and 12.75-inch length of pull, the rifle adjusts easily for different shooting positions.
