This Smith & Wesson M&P15 is a US-made AR-15–pattern carbine configured with a 16-inch barrel, a carbine-length gas system, and a flat-top Picatinny receiver with S&W T-marks. It includes six 30-round USGI-pattern aluminum magazines and an installed polymer flip-up rear sight. The rifle is in very good condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.

The M&P15 features a flat-top Picatinny receiver with S&W T-marks (T4–T12), providing clear reference positions for sight placement. An A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and sling swivel is fixed at the gas block, paired with the included polymer flip-up aperture rear sight. The upper includes both an ejection-port dust cover and a forward assist.
The 16-inch barrel uses a carbine-length gas system and is threaded at the muzzle, fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. This configuration balances handling with reliable cycling and offers familiar service-style characteristics.
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible stock with a rear sling loop and a checkered buttplate, an A2-style polymer pistol grip, and a carbine-length two-piece polymer handguard (MOE-style) secured by a delta ring. Length of pull is 13.0 inches.
The rifle operates on a direct impingement action and uses a manual safety with selector markings for SAFE and FIRE. It accepts STANAG-pattern magazines, with a stated capacity of 30+1.
