This full-size FN 545 Tactical pairs .45 ACP capacity with a feature-rich slide and barrel setup. The 4.71 in cold hammer-forged barrel is extended, threaded .578x28 TPI, and finished with a recessed target crown for durability at the muzzle. Suppressor-height tritium night sights provide a clear sight picture and are positioned for co-witnessing with mounted optics.
The optics-cut slide uses FN’s Low-Profile Optics Mounting System and includes a cover plate when no optic is installed. Front and rear cocking serrations add traction for slide manipulation, and the black slide finish complements the black polymer frame.
Ergonomics and controls are set up for versatility. The pistol is striker-fired with a tuned trigger at approximately 6.0 lb. It includes fully ambidextrous slide-stop levers and a reversible magazine release. Aggressive grip texturing and interchangeable backstraps help the shooter achieve a consistent hold.
Capacity and dimensions are suited to duty-size performance. The pistol ships with 18+1 capacity capability, and the included magazines consist of an extended 18-round with grip sleeve and a flush-fit 15-round.
