The Operator configuration delivers classic 1911 single-action operation with a bushing-fitted 5 in stainless steel barrel and a GI-style short guide rod with checkered plug. Front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered/flared ejection port support positive manipulation and consistent ejection.
Ergonomics and controls include a left-side thumb safety and an extended beavertail grip safety with memory bump. A skeletonized commander-style hammer and three-hole lightweight trigger complement the 1911 platform. The mainspring housing is checkered, the front strap is smooth, and a flared magazine-well funnel aids reloads.
Sights are set up for precision: a dovetailed front blade with a single dot and a fully adjustable rear target sight. This sighting arrangement pairs well with the Operator’s full-size balance and .45 ACP chambering.
