Manufactured in Germany in 1997, this P7M8 carries the KH date code, Ulm antler proof, and eagle/N nitro proof, along with the HK Inc. Sterling, VA import mark. These markings clearly establish its provenance and place it within the late-era production of the P7 M-series.
The operating system is HK's gas-delayed blowback, combined with a fixed barrel and fluted chamber. This distinctive setup is central to the P7 design and contributes to its consistent, precise operation. The pistol is striker-fired.
Controls and features include the squeeze-cocking frontstrap, an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release mounted at the trigger guard, and a lanyard loop at the rear of the grip. The slide has top anti-glare serrations and rear grasping serrations. Sights are fixed 3-dot (white), with a fixed white dot front and fixed white dot rear. The frame and receiver are steel with textured polymer grip panels, and a heat-management shield is present in the trigger-guard area.
This compact, single-stack configuration offers an 8+1 capacity in 9mm Luger and a 4.1-inch barrel. It comes in excellent condition with a clean, mirror-bright bore and sharp rifling, and it includes the factory HK P7M8 hard case with matching serial label and two factory P7M8-marked magazines.
