This KSG-25 uses a bullpup layout to keep overall length to about 38 inches while housing a 30.5 inch steel barrel. It loads from the bottom and ejects downward, with controls and handling well-suited to the compact format. The polymer frame and steel receiver combine durability with manageable weight.
Dual extended tubular magazines and a three-position selector let you run the left or right tube, or lock them for safe handling. Capacity is up to 24+1 with 2 3/4 inch shells or 20+1 with 3 inch shells, providing substantial on-board ammunition without external extensions.
The pump-action is paired with a textured polymer fore-end and Kel-Tec's signature gator-pattern pistol grip for positive control. A cross-bolt safety and a 13.0 inch length of pull keep the controls familiar and straightforward.
