Made in Germany by Umarex under HK authorization, this MP5 .22 LR carries CIP N nitro proof marks and the HK Inc., Columbus, GA import mark. Matching serial numbers were observed on the receiver and bolt, confirming component alignment as produced.
The rifle uses a semi-automatic blowback action tailored for rimfire reliability. Its 16-inch sleeved steel barrel is enclosed by a faux-suppressor shroud that evokes the MP5SD-style profile while maintaining legal overall length and a balanced front end.
Controls mirror the familiar HK layout: a paddle-style magazine release, a two-position manual safety, and a left-side charging handle. A retractable, telescoping polymer stock and wide ribbed polymer handguard provide the classic MP5 handling characteristics.
