The KSG’s bullpup configuration places the action behind the grip, keeping the overall length to approximately 26.1 in while maintaining an 18.5 in barrel. It loads and ejects from the bottom, and uses a rear-mounted action that helps keep the platform compact without sacrificing barrel length.
Two under-barrel tubular magazines feed via a three-position selector (left/off/right), delivering a 14+1 total capacity. This arrangement offers straightforward control over which tube is in use.
The steel barrel is a smoothbore, Cyl Bore configuration and uses a 3" chamber. This setup delivers a clean, simple bore profile well-suited to the platform’s intended role.
Construction pairs a gray steel receiver with black polymer furniture made from glass-reinforced nylon (Zytel). The gun includes a skeletonized polymer stock with a rubber buttpad, a 13 in length of pull, and a polymer pump fore-end with square texturing. A cross-bolt safety provides familiar, positive control.
Mounting surfaces include a full-length, T-marked Picatinny top rail (T2–T28) and a bottom accessory rail. Sights are not installed.
