This Springfield Armory 1911 is a limited-edition America’s 250th-anniversary commemorative, marked 013/250. It is a full-size, single-action-only 1911-pattern semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP with extensive ornate scrollwork and relief engraving across the slide and frame. It also includes an American Golden Weapons Inc. (AGW) Certificate of Quality that is serial-matched to the pistol.

Built on the classic full-size 1911 platform, this pistol is chambered in .45 ACP with a 5-inch barrel and a single-stack 7+1 capacity. It uses a single-action-only trigger system and fixed iron sights with a front blade and rear notch.
The commemorative theme is carried through detailed slide and frame engraving, including "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1776," "2026," and "250 YEARS" text. U.S.-themed motifs are present throughout, including Capitol imagery, a Liberty Bell motif, Great Seal/eagle emblems, and a "GEORGE WASHINGTON" portrait medallion.
Finish and presentation are matched to the commemorative format, with a high-polish bright metal look on the slide and frame, plus gold-tone controls and accents. The installed grips are dark and checkered with a gold-tone U.S. eagle/Great Seal-style emblem, and a spare set of checkered brown wood grip panels is included.
