The pistol uses a wide-body, double-stack 1911 layout sized for compact carry, with single-action operation and a locked-breech, short-recoil system. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump. A flat-faced trigger and a skeletonized rowel/spur hammer complete the fire-control setup.
The 4-inch bushingless bull barrel is paired with Fusion's proprietary non-threaded, pin-threaded XP Comp compensator system. This configuration is designed for a tight lockup and smooth cycling, while the large ejection port aids reliability.
The steel slide features front and rear block-pattern serrations, top serrations, and a lightening window, and wears a matte black finish. Sights are fixed Novak-type with a white-dot front blade and a black square-notch rear.
The steel frame, finished matte black, carries a full-length dustcover with a multi-slot Picatinny rail for accessories. Aggressively textured grip panels and a flared magazine well funnel support confident handling. Stated capacity is 17+1 using Glock 17-pattern magazines. Markings include "FUSION FIREARMS VENICE, FL USA" and "MADE IN TURKEY."
