This 2022 Ruger SR1911 Lightweight Commander-Style in .45 ACP combines a matte stainless slide with a black anodized aluminum frame for a purposeful two-tone build. It features a 4.25 in stainless barrel with a standard bushing system, Series 70-type fire control with a titanium firing pin, and Novak LoMount sights. Made in Prescott, Arizona, it includes three Ruger magazines plus the factory case, manual, and bushing wrench.

The Lightweight Commander-Style configuration pairs a matte stainless slide with rear-only serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port on a black anodized aluminum frame. Checkered double-diamond hardwood grips with Ruger medallions complete the classic 1911 look and feel.
Its Series 70-type, single-action system omits a firing-pin block and uses a titanium firing pin. Safety features include a grip safety, a single-side extended thumb safety, and a half-cock notch, with an integral (machined) plunger tube for durability.
The 4.25 in stainless barrel uses a traditional bushing system with a GI-style recoil spring plug and standard bushing. A visual inspection port at the barrel hood allows quick chamber checks.
Sighting is handled by fixed Novak LoMount sights with a dovetailed front dot and a drift-adjustable rear marked "NOVAK." The standard magazine release and the 8+1 capacity keep operation familiar to 1911 users.
