The SAINT Victor Pistol pairs a 7.5 inch 5.56 NATO barrel with a direct-impingement gas system and rotating bolt for a familiar AR-15 operating setup in a compact package. A forward-blast, linear compensator-type muzzle device is installed on the threaded barrel to help direct blast downrange.
The flat-top Picatinny upper carries T-markings (SA, T2–T16) with an "A" forging mark forward of the assist, providing a ready mounting surface for sights or optics. The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard has M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, short 12 o'clock rail segments front and rear, a "PAT. PEND." marking, and a low-profile hand stop installed at 6 o'clock.
Furniture and controls are purpose-built, including a Springfield-branded SB Tactical pistol stabilizing brace with a hook-and-loop strap and a textured polymer pistol grip. The lower receiver is marked "MULTI-CALIBER," and Springfield SAINT branding appears on the lower, handguard, and bolt carrier.
The receiver set wears a matte black, hard-anodized finish with an overall matte black presentation. The platform accepts AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines and includes one 10-round Magpul PMAG. A manual safety is fitted, and the pistol retains the familiar AR-15 control layout.
