The Glock 36 Gen 3 is the slimline, single-stack .45 ACP Glock configured without an accessory rail. It retains the compact 3.78-inch barrel length and Gen 3 ergonomics in a narrow profile slide and frame.
Upgrades include Trijicon 3-dot tritium night sights for enhanced visibility, with the front sight marked H3 05. A black rubber over-grip sleeve with palm swell and finger grooves is installed for added purchase and control.
The Tenifer-treated steel barrel uses polygonal rifling, paired with Glock’s striker-fired, short-recoil, locked-breech action. The matte black slide features rear serrations, and the polymer frame carries the Gen 3 left-side magazine release and Glock trigger safety.
Markings include "GLOCK 36 AUSTRIA 45 Auto" on the slide and "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" on the frame. The barrel, slide, and frame have matching serials. The included factory single-stack magazine has a finger-rest floorplate and witness holes numbered 2–6.
