The SAINT Victor Pistol uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic action on an AR-15 platform, built on aluminum receivers with a matte black anodized finish. It retains right-side ejection and includes a forward assist, dust cover, and a SAINT-branded ejection port cover. Markings include the Springfield Armory crest and "MULTI-CALIBER" on the lower.
The 8-inch barrel is stamped "5.56" and is paired with a compact, fluted linear-style blast diverter/compensator to help drive blast forward. A low-profile gas block keeps the front end clean while supporting the free-float setup.
The slim, free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard features a continuous top rail. A T-marked flat-top rail (SA, T2–T16) simplifies precise accessory placement across the upper.
Controls are straightforward and duty-ready, including a flat-faced, single-stage trigger, manual safety, standard charging handle, and standard magazine release. Ergonomics include a textured polymer grip and a smooth pistol receiver extension capped with a factory polymer arm brace featuring a Velcro strap and Springfield medallion.
