Manufactured in West Germany and imported before the 1989 U.S. assault rifle import ban, this HK 93 A2 carries desirable provenance. The receiver shows the correct HK Inc., Arlington, VA import mark along with the Ulm antler and eagle over N proofs and the IA date code for 1980.
The rifle uses HK’s roller-delayed blowback action with a fluted chamber. Controls include a left-side charging handle, a right-side push-button magazine release, and a two-position selector. The stamped/welded steel receiver and black polymer furniture deliver the classic A2 fixed-stock configuration.
Its 17.1 in threaded barrel is fitted with an open-ended cage-type flash hider. Sighting is via the hooded front post and rotary rear diopter drum, providing the familiar HK sight picture for precise, repeatable indexing.
