The M&P15-22 SPORT MOE SL brings AR-15 ergonomics to .22 LR with a lightweight polymer receiver set and blowback action. Controls are familiar, and the rifle is marked "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MA MADE IN U.S.A." with model and caliber clearly indicated.
Its 16.5 inch carbon steel barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style flash hider. The 1:15 right-hand twist is tailored for typical .22 LR loads, and the bore presents clean, sharp rifling. Capacity is 25+1 rounds using the included factory magazine.
Magpul MOE SL furniture in Flat Dark Earth includes the adjustable stock and MOE SL grip, giving a secure hold and modern profile. Length of pull is 11.0 inches, and overall length runs approximately 30.7 to 33.75 inches depending on stock position.
