What’s Included
- Tula Mosin-Nagant Model 1891 Infantry rifle (1906)
Manufactured by Tula in 1906, this rifle represents the Imperial Russia era of Mosin-Nagant production. The barrel shank bears the Imperial double-headed eagle crest and the full Cyrillic Tula legend, confirming its origin and date. The receiver is the hexagonal (flat-sided) pattern associated with early production.
The rifle retains its full-length infantry stock with a long grasping groove, a separate upper handguard, screw-clamp barrel bands, a steel buttplate, and sling hardware consisting of a Finnish-style wrap-around rear sling wire at the wrist with a keeper screw on top of the stock and a right-side fore-end sling loop plate. The length of pull measures about 13.5".
Sighting equipment is correct for the pattern: a Konovalov tangent rear sight with arshin graduations (4-12) and an elevation slider, paired with an unhooded, drift-adjustable front blade set in a dovetail base. The bolt is left in the white with a straight round-knob handle.
Feeding is via a fixed internal single-column 5-round magazine with a hinged floorplate, chambered in 7.62x54R. Metal parts wear a blued finish over steel, and the barrel length is approximately 32.5". The bolt serial is non-matching.
