The MC 1911 S Untouchable follows the Government-size pattern with a 5 in barrel and an all-steel slide and frame, both finished in matte black. The railed dustcover uses a multi-slot Picatinny layout, and the gun retains traditional 1911 internals with an internal extractor.
Controls and ergonomics include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory pad. A long, solid trigger with vertical serrations and a skeletonized hammer round out the fire-control features.
