Made in Italy, this M9A3 shows Italian/CIP proof and inspection stamps along with the BERETTA USA CORP. import mark. The IT18 date code confirms 2018 manufacture, and the serial is also stamped on the barrel. This black-finished example pairs an aluminum-alloy Vertec-pattern frame with a wrap-around textured grip featuring Beretta medallions.
The factory 5.1 inch steel barrel is extended and threaded 1/2x28, complete with an O-ring for barrel-to-slide consistency and a knurled thread protector for ready use when not running muzzle devices. The open-top slide design includes an external extractor and an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker.
Sighted with tritium 3-dot night sights, both the dovetailed front and square-notch rear are easily serviceable. The DA/SA, short-recoil, locking-block action incorporates a firing pin block and the ambidextrous decocker/safety for confident handling.
