It was manufactured in Prescott, Arizona, and the package includes the factory box with matching label for Model 06700.
Accuracy-minded build details include a match-machined stainless barrel, with the barrel and bushing cut from the same bar stock, plus a lowered and flared ejection port. A visual inspection port is located on the barrel hood, and the pistol uses an integral (non-staked) plunger tube. The mainspring housing is flat with a chain-link/snake-skin-style texture and is integrated with the add-on magazine-well funnel.
The action is single-action, short-recoil with Series 70 internals (no firing-pin block). Controls and safeties include a left-side manual thumb safety, grip safety, half-cock notch, and disconnector.
Shootability features include rear cocking serrations, a skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a skeletonized three-hole trigger with an over-travel screw. The sighting system is upgraded with a Dawson Precision red fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable plain black rear. An add-on magazine-well funnel and checkered wood double-diamond grip panels are installed, with the original Ruger medallion grips included. Capacity is 7+1, with one 7-round magazine provided.
