This bullpup pump-action shotgun features dual internal magazine tubes with a user-selectable feed system. Capacity is 7+7+1 with 2.75 inch shells and 6+6+1 with 3 inch shells. The combined bottom loading and ejection port supports ambidextrous use and keeps the profile compact.
The KSG Defender uses an 18.5 inch steel barrel with a Cyl Bore, paired with a 3 inch chamber. In other words, this KSG Defender has a 3" chamber and a Cyl Bore barrel. The overall length is 26.1 inches, and the unloaded weight is approximately 6.9 lb, delivering a compact, balanced platform.
Construction includes a steel receiver, polymer frame, and polymer stock with a rubber buttpad. The textured polymer forend offers secure purchase during cycling, and the length of pull measures 13.0 inches.
A full-length 12 o’clock Picatinny top rail and 6 o’clock accessory rail provide mounting space. Installed flip-up iron sights are ready for immediate use, and the included vertical foregrip interfaces with the bottom rail. Markings observed include "KSG," "COCOA FL USA," and "12 GAUGE 3".
