The MCX bufferless internal recoil system allows the use of the rear 1913 interface, paired here with a side-folding brace body with hook-and-loop pads; the strap is not present/included. This setup provides compact storage and transport while maintaining the familiar MCX operating characteristics.
The short-stroke gas piston system uses a two-position adjustable gas regulator to tune operation for .300 BLK loads. The 9-inch cold hammer forged carbon steel barrel is threaded and capped with a three-prong flash hider.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the manual safety, magazine release, and bolt catch/release. An ambidextrous charging handle with extended latches and an ejection-port dust cover round out the user-focused features.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard offers a continuous top Picatinny rail for mounting accessories. The aluminum receiver set wears the factory Coyote/FDE IR Cerakote finish, and the pistol ships with four Magpul PMAG GEN M3 magazines labeled for 7.62x35 and 300 BLK. Capacity is 30+1, and the firearm is made in the USA.
