This Belgian-made FN Baby Browning is a U.S. import through Browning Arms Company and dates to 1968, the final year before GCA size restrictions ended U.S. importation of this model. It is a micro-size, steel-framed .25 ACP pistol with a 2 inch barrel, 6+1 capacity, and classic blued finish. Designed by Dieudonné Saive, it shows hallmark features including an anti-glare serrated top rib, integral low-profile sights, and black checkered grips with raised Browning logos.

Specific Condition Notes: This pistol does not have a trigger. Functionality is unknown, and it is sold as is. The blued finish is in solid shape with some minor scratches and blemishes, and small, infrequent deposits of pitting are present. Rifling remains visible with minor blemishing.

As a Browning Arms Company U.S. import made in Belgium, this Baby Browning represents the classic pre-1968 configuration that became restricted by the GCA due to its small size. Its micro profile, approximately 4 inches overall length and 2 inch barrel, exemplifies the design’s original purpose while retaining the iconic Baby Browning form factor.
The pistol features a blued steel frame and slide, with rear slide serrations and an anti-glare serrated top rib. Sights are fixed and integral, with a small front blade and rear notch, and the extractor is external on the right side. Grips are black checkered synthetic with raised oval “BROWNING” logos.
Mechanically, the design uses a striker-fired, simple blowback action with a manual thumb safety and no grip safety. Capacity is 6+1 with the included single-stack magazine.
Factory markings include the “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY / MADE IN BELGIUM” slide legend, the FN monogram on the chamber hood, and “CAL. 6,35” on the chamber, aligning with its Belgian manufacture and Browning import history in 1968.
