The CW9 configuration features a 3.5 in stainless steel barrel with conventional rifling and a 1:10 RH twist, paired to a matte stainless slide with rear serrations, a beveled muzzle, and an external extractor. The locked-breech (Browning-type) system and striker-fired, long-stroke DAO trigger are standard to this model.
The compact, single-stack design offers a slim profile of about 0.90 in and a 7+1 capacity. The black polymer frame incorporates molded pebble-texture grips with checkered frontstrap and backstrap for secure purchase, along with a push-button magazine release. The dustcover is smooth with no accessory rail.
Sights are the white bar-dot pattern: a pinned polymer front with a single white dot, and a drift-adjustable rear with a vertical white bar. A passive striker block provides internal safety. The frame marking indicates manufacture in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States.
