The A2 high-capacity double-stack frame provides 17+1 rounds of .22 TCM in a full-size 1911 footprint. It uses a Government-length 5" bushing barrel with a full-length guide rod and a standard-length dust cover with no accessory rail. The slide includes a lowered and flared ejection port to enhance reliable ejection.
Sight regulation is supported by a bright orange fiber-optic front paired with a fully adjustable serrated rear target sight. The pistol is finished in matte black on both the slide and frame, and it wears gray/black textured synthetic grip panels with a circular/chevron pattern.
The single-action, hammer-fired system includes a left-side manual thumb safety, grip safety, and a half-cock notch. A skeletonized commander-style hammer and a skeletonized trigger with an over-travel adjustment screw round out the fire-control features.
Markings are model-specific: the right side of the slide is marked "TCM," and the chamber/barrel hood reads "CAL .22 TCM." The frame rollmark shows "M1911 A2 FS – MM." Proof and import stamps include "APINTL – PAHRUMP NV" and "ACP PHILIPPINES," with country of origin noted as the Philippines. The factory case label identifies "M1911 A2 .22 TCM" and matches the pistol's serial.
