This Carry 9 DS is built on Tisas's 1911 Double Stack platform in a compact size, pairing a forged-steel slide and main frame with a polymer double-stack grip module. The Commander-length 4.25 in bull barrel is bushingless for consistent lockup, and the slide features front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered ejection port. A flared, removable magazine-well funnel speeds reloads.
The pistol is optics-ready with a slide cut and cover plate, and it comes with an optic adapter plate. Sight picture is fast and clear thanks to a green fiber-optic front and a plain black, square-notch rear.
Capacity is 18+1, with factory steel magazines that have witness holes numbered to 18. Dimensions are dialed for carry and range use: overall length 7.9 in, height 5.76 in, width 1.5 in, and an unloaded weight of approximately 29.9 oz.
